The Prayer Healing Ministry is a team dedicated to the Sacred Truth that we are already healed. With a consciousness of gratitude, we bring loving service and compassion to our community and the world.

A Prayer Healing Ministry session is a wonderful gift to give yourself— healthy, holy, and deeply relaxing. Take time out of your busy schedule to discover and explore the stillness and serenity of communion with the Divine Source.

What is the Prayer Healing Ministry?

A Prayer Healing treatment combines focused prayer and a Reiki treatment. Reiki is a hands-on spiritual healing art, known in the West as laying-on of hands. A Reiki session is performed by a Reiki practitioner, laying hands on a recipient’s body in specific positions. Universal healing energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to stimulate the recipient’s own healing energies. The recipient is fully clothed and lies comfortably on a massage table.

The combination of Reiki energy with the heartfelt prayers of the practitioners makes for a powerfully relaxing and peaceful experience.

How do I reserve a session?

To make an appointment g call 892-3000 during church office hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday), sign up on the clip board in the courtyard on Sunday morning.

How can I give the gift of a session to others?

You can purchase gift certificates in the Unity Bookstore for $15. The bookstore is open Sundays after each service. The bookstore accepts cash or check.
